Sectional Fair Preweigh Mother Lode Fair

Location - Motherlode Fair grounds

MANDATORY PREWEIGH INSTRUCTIONS – SUNDAY, APRIL 27

? All traffic will enter through the main fairgrounds gate on Southgate and
proceed to the sliding gate going into Livestock – turn left after going
through the sliding gate and circle around behind all the barns; after
tagging and weighing, exit through the livestock gate onto Stockton Road
? Exhibitors should arrive no more than 15 minutes early
? Print, fill out, and bring with you a Preweigh and Biosecurity Form – you
will need 1 for each animal you’re bringing!
? Independent Exhibitors must have a completed and signed Independent
Exhibitor Packet to turn in at the scale
? If you have multiple animals in your load, be prepared to tell us who owns
each one, or have them premarked with a livestock marker
? Please remain with your vehicle AT ALL TIMES and be ready to move up
? Exhibitors must be present with their animals – exhibitor absences must be
approved by the Fair Manager prior to the preweigh

Need medical health form complete for each animal upon arrival- form handed out at school and attached and on fair website.
